步驟

蘑菇奶凍 Mushroom Milk Pudding:

  1. 加熱牛奶和白糖
    Heat Milk and Sugar
    牛奶450ml和白糖20g一起小火煮至白糖完全融化。
    Heat 450ml of milk and 20g of sugar over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. 準備吉利丁
    Prepare Gelatin
    將吉利丁20g放入冰水中泡軟。
    Soak 20g of gelatin in ice water until soft.
  3. 加入吉利丁
    Add Gelatin
    將泡軟的吉利丁放入煮好的牛奶中,攪拌均勻。
    Add the softened gelatin to the heated milk and stir until well combined.
  4. 分三份
    Divide into Three Parts
    將混合物分成三份,兩份倒入紙杯中。
    Divide the mixture into three parts, pouring two parts into paper cups.
  5. 加入可可粉

    Peel the mango, cut it in half, and then cut into pieces.
  2. 榨汁
    Juice
    將芒果塊放入榨汁機,加入牛奶,榨汁。
    Place the mango pieces in a juicer, add milk, and blend.
  3. 冷凍
    Freeze
    將果泥倒入盒中凍硬。
    Pour the puree into a container and freeze until solid.
  4. 製作綿綿冰
    Make Shaved Ice
    將凍好的果泥放入刨冰機,攪出綿綿冰。
    Place the frozen puree into a shaved ice machine to make fluffy ice.
