Instructions
蘑菇奶凍 Mushroom Milk Pudding:
- 加熱牛奶和白糖
Heat Milk and Sugar
牛奶450ml和白糖20g一起小火煮至白糖完全融化。
Heat 450ml of milk and 20g of sugar over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. - 準備吉利丁
Prepare Gelatin
將吉利丁20g放入冰水中泡軟。
Soak 20g of gelatin in ice water until soft. - 加入吉利丁
Add Gelatin
將泡軟的吉利丁放入煮好的牛奶中,攪拌均勻。
Add the softened gelatin to the heated milk and stir until well combined. - 分三份
Divide into Three Parts
將混合物分成三份,兩份倒入紙杯中。
Divide the mixture into three parts, pouring two parts into paper cups. - 加入可可粉
Add Cocoa Powder

Juice
將芒果塊放入榨汁機,加入牛奶,榨汁。
Place the mango pieces in a juicer, add milk, and blend. - 冷凍
Freeze
將果泥倒入盒中凍硬。
Pour the puree into a container and freeze until solid. - 製作綿綿冰
Make Shaved Ice
將凍好的果泥放入刨冰機,攪出綿綿冰。
Place the frozen puree into a shaved ice machine to make fluffy ice. - 加酸奶和芒果粒
